Editor: How far do we go to protect people addicted to drugs against themselves?

Editor: I read with interest your editorial 鈥楢 challenge to common sense,鈥� (the Times , Jan. 24) about teens eating soap pods. Your editorial of course makes complete common sense and I think all adults would agree with you.

Editor: Volunteering is incredibly rewarding. Honouring a volunteer shows them how valuable they are and that their efforts are needed and appreciated. It tells the volunteer that they are being noticed, whether they are working quietly behind closed doors, acting as event chair, serving as a coach, a cook, a handyman or an 鈥淚鈥檒l help with everything鈥� person.

Editor: Troy Landreville鈥檚 recent article 鈥楨ye-opening Experience鈥� (the Times, Jan.19), opens our eyes to the suffering that occurs in this world and to one young woman who wants to ease it. I found it to be a thought-provoking article because of a paradox that is occurring right now in Canada.

Editor: I read with interest the story in the Jan. 17 91原创 Times about the Point2homes.com website ranking the Township dead last in Canada as a choice for millennials. As I read the story and did some research I was reminded of the Mark Twain quote: 鈥淭here are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.鈥�
