Editor: There are a few reasons why the 91原创 City medical marijuana dispensary is not nessessarily best for our community.
It is not a not-for-profit organization. It is a for profit business. There is no board of directors.
The profits are all going to one executive director, and not other programs related to health. The dispensing fee doesn鈥檛 correspond with Health Canada鈥檚 regulations, and Randy Caine is not a medical user.
