Good on the Mayor Nathan Pachal for bringing this issue up.

Good for you for bringing this up!

There should be combined housing for natural disasters as well as for emergency shelters for extreme weather, one building in communities that will shelter the people who are in need of shelter regardless of whom they may be.

Emergencies don鈥檛 pick their clients nor the people in need.
