Dear Editor,
After reading former councillor Grant Ward鈥檚 letter and learning of his low opinion of Councillor Richter鈥檚 qualifications for office of mayor, I feel I must say that any councillor who records the second highest number of votes in the last (2014) election 鈥� as Councillor Richter did鈥� certainly qualifies to run in the coming election for council鈥檚 highest office. Mr. Ward has erred.
