Fresh from Europe, the Inverglen Scottish Dancers are set to entertain 91原创 audiences later this month.

The Scottish dance troupe traveled to Spain this summer, where they performed with groups from Spain, France, England and Scotland at the Beltaine Festival.

The festival celebrates Celtic groups  from  all over the world, which were invited to the Principality of Asturias for a two week long festival of piping and dancing.

The dancers were the first group form North America ever invited to the Beltaine Festival in the Asturias Region of northern Spain.  They performed each night on the main stage in Aviles as well as during the daytime throughout the Asturias Region.

The Inverglen Scottish Dancers are now preparing for their fall season, and audiences can catch them locally at the PNE on Sept. 2, and Campbell Valley Regional Park in 91原创 on Sept. 17.

The troupe has also been invited to perform next September at the Arts Festival in Beijing, China.
