Not water wise

Why do we see watering at McLeod Athletic Park in the heat of the day? I don鈥檛 think that is water wise.

Editor: Our neighbourhood was visited by one of the municipal representatives about water usage for our lawn and gardens. They left with a message: 鈥淥ne hour weekly is all a healthy lawn needs.鈥�

Why then do we see watering at McLeod Athletic Park in the heat of the day? I don鈥檛 think that is water wise.
