Dear Mayor Froese:
I am writing on behalf of Doug Leaf, who was issued six tickets by TOL [Township of 91原创] for excessive barking. These tickets were issued without any investigation being conducted at Mr. Leaf鈥檚 kennel and without speaking with him. They were based solely on neighbour鈥檚 complaints.
Mr. Leaf deserves a fair legal process. TOL should speak with him, and it should physically investigate his property. Anything short of this would be an abuse of power and it would mean that TOL is more interested in making profit than following legal process.
I trust that TOL will do the right thing by interviewing Mr. Leaf and inspecting his property.
