Massive development cost charges?

The truth is the DCCs in place are a tiny fraction of the cost of building a new home, and woefully inadequate for the purpose.

That is one reason your tax bill continues to climb — you are subsidizing the development of Willoughby with your tax dollar.

What do you get out of the development there?

More crowded schools, worse traffic, more policing woes, and higher taxes. Quite the bargain.

Low interest rates benefit anyone looking to invest in real estate.

You don’t need to be a multi-national to benefit from that.
