Editor: Just a clarification. The 80 per cent of Brookswood/Fernridge that Cameron Gair represents, as stated in your March 30 article, must refer to ownership of 80 per cent of the land itself, not 80 per cent of the residents.
I seriously doubt that such a high percentage of residents will welcome the cost of mandatory sewer hook-ups, increased traffic, additional strain on local services, loss of trees and higher taxes to pay for the increased infrastructure needed.
Hopefully this is something that the decision makers will keep in mind, as they look at revisiting this community plan.
