Township of 91原创 Mayor Jack Froese has announced his first Twitter chat.

It will be held Tuesday, Oct. 2,  from 11:30 a.m. to noon.

鈥淭witter is a great way to connect one-on-one with 91原创 residents,鈥� Froese said.

鈥淚n fact, I was first asked to do this chat on Twitter by a follower, and I鈥檓 more than happy to engage with residents in the 鈥榯witterverse鈥�.鈥�

The timing couldn鈥檛 be better as council is beginning the process of prioritizing the 2013 municipal budget.

鈥淚 would like to hear from residents on budget priority issues, but I鈥檓 willing to talk about any municipal concerns residents have.鈥�

Froese has been tweeting since the spring of 2011, and has 824 followers.
