The Township of 91原创 council approved a "School's Out" recreation discount program for students between ages four and 18 at its meeting on Monday, July 15.
Youth will receive a 50 per cent discount at recreation centres in the Township any day school is out, such as spring and winter breaks, and Pro-D days starting this September.
This is in addition to the annual Summer Fun Pass for youth, said Mayor Eric Woodward in a social media post.
"It's important to make recreation more accessible for the Township of 91原创's youth, more affordable for families," he wrote.
Students can purchase a Summer Fun Pass online at or in person at any Township recreation centre.
