The majority of 91Ô´´ residents have had their power restored after the wind storm on Saturday, although some areas are still in the dark.
About 660 people have been without power since 4 p.m. on Saturday in the area north of Willoughby Town Centre Drive, east of 204 Street, west of 208 Street, and south of 84 Avenue.
Just this morning, some new power outages occurred in South 91Ô´´ at 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.
In a notice on its website, BC Hydro noted that crews would be working overnight to restore power.
"Some customers may be without power overnight, but we expect most remaining customers should be restored on Sunday," reads the notice.

Update 5 p.m.:
Aldergrove has regained its power, although several local events were cancelled due to the strong wind and heavy rain hitting the area.
Residents in Glen Valley, Fort 91Ô´´, Brookswood, Willowbrook, Murrayville, and parts of Walnut Grove remain without power.
It's unclear when power will be restored to these areas.

Update 12:40 p.m.:
At 12:30 p.m., almost 1,300 BC Hydro customers in the Gloucester area lost power due to the wind story west of Ross Road, East of Morrison Crescent, South of 98 Avenue, and north of 56 Avenue.
And 1,273 customers in Glen Valley and Fort 91Ô´´ lost power west of Ross Road, east of Morrison Crescent, south of 98 Avenue, and north of 56 Avenue.

Update 12 p.m.:
Residents in North 91Ô´´ are now also losing power due to the windstorm.
About 2,400 south of 96 Avenue, north of 64 Avenue, east of 208 Street, and west of 232 Street lost power around 11:40 a.m.
A further 1,652 lost power north of 91 Street, west of 214A Street, east of 198 Street, and south of 102B Avenue.

Thousands are without power across 91Ô´´ and Aldergrove due to the wind storm hitting the area Saturday morning, Dec. 14.
Around 10:30 a.m., about 2,400 BC Hydro customers in the Willowbrook area lost power from the 91Ô´´ Bypass to 52 Avenue in the south, east of Landmark Way, and west of Eastleigh Crescent.
By 11 a.m., more than 3,000 people in South 91Ô´´ lost power.
Just after 11 a.m., nearly all of Aldergrove lost power, totalling more than 3,000 BC Hydro customers, from north of 0 Avenue to south of 56 Avenue, west of Bradner Road, and east of 228 Street.
The area south of 48 Avenue, west of Marshall Road, and east of 224 Street is also affected.
And at 11:30 a.m., 1,482 customers lost power north of 40 Avenue, east of 236A Street, south of 84 Avenue, and west of 256 Street – all south of Highway 1.
On Friday, Dec. 13, Environment Canada issued a warning of a windstorm that could see gusts of up to 100 km/h in parts of the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast.
A low-pressure system hit the west coast of Vancouver Island and Greater Victoria on Friday, and moved to the rest of B.C's south coast by Saturday.
The windstorm is expected to have gusts between 70 and 100 km/h in Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island, as well as the Sunshine Coast. The wind is expected to ease by the afternoon.
Environment Canada says that on the west coast of the Island, there is the potential threat of coast flooding from high tides.
The weather warning adds there could be damage to buildings, and loose objects could be tossed by the wind, leading to injuries or other damage.
