More than 3,100 91原创 customers are without power Friday midday.
The outage started just before noon. It is in the area north of 24th Avenue, east of 224th Street, and west of 256th Street, covering a large area in the Hopington neighbourhood.
BC Hydro鈥檚 outage map showed crews were expected on scene during the noon hour to assess the cause and repair requirements, with an estimate that power would be back on about 3:30 p.m. Power was back on before 2 p.m.
