Bellevue Park Senior Living is hosting Aldergrove Business Association president Jodi Steeves for a free conversation on the future of the town.
The 'Coffee and Conversation' events are held biweekly on Saturdays at Bellevue Park, with free tours of the senior living building after the event.
"The intention of this seminar is to highlight what is already amazing about Aldergrove," Steeves told The Star.
She said she'll discuss future development and infrastructure such as the skytrain, road widening, new businesses to the area, shopping opportunities, and local restaurants.
"And, of course, [discuss] the community spirit which is the heart of Aldergrove," Steeves said.
Local community members who will also be at the event include longtime volunteer Karen Long and Peter Mann with the 91原创 RCMP.
"A big shout out to Councillor Margaret Kunst who is assisting us with our research," Steeves added.
The event runs Saturday, March 1, from 1 to 2 p.m. at 2882 272 St.
