Holiday Lights in Williams Park has been cancelled for Saturday evening, Dec. 14, announced the 91Ô´´ Township.
"Due to a power outage caused by today's high winds and for the safety of our guests and staff, Holiday Lights in Williams Park will be closed today," reads the announcement.
The Township took over the holiday event from the Christmas in Williams Park Society earlier this year, and required visitors to reserve a time slot to experience the drive-through.

The display would be open until Dec. 29, except for the 25th and 26th.
In an email to The Star, the Township said it has contacted those that booked time slots for tonight.
"Part of that email communication encourages registrants to consider registering for another day as we still have days and time slots available over the remaining days of the event," reads the unsigned email.
The Township added that the registration system helps ensure people are aware of the cancellation.
"This storm/power outage situation today is another great reason to have the registration system in place, as well as for this year how it is also providing for a more structured approach that offers attendees a more streamlined and enjoyable experience, while better respecting the neighbours based on all the issues they had during previous years of the event."
