An atmospheric river has hit parts of the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver, including 91原创, leaving low lying roads and other areas flooded.
Several catch basins in the 91原创 Township have already flooded, including one in Walnut Grove located alongside 214B Street.
One resident told Black Press Media that it is the fullest they'd seen in 17 years.
Beside Walnut Grove Secondary, the tennis courts off Walnut Grove Drive are completely flooded, nearly submerging the garbage bins.
