Letter: Assisted suicide is a slippery slope

Dear Editor,

Once you open the door by legalizing euthanasia and assisted suicide, the door opens more and more.

They started euthanasia and assisted suicide with only terminal illnesses with people only living a short time.

Now they are killing people with disabilities, and mental illness. It never ends.

I know this woman with terminal cancer. If she went ahead with euthanasia and assisted suicide, she would of been dead a long time ago. Her cancer went into remission. That shows a terminal illness is not always terminal.
