An upcoming 91Ô´´ concert promises to be a trip down memory lane for fans of the late Roy Orbison.
The Lonely — a tribute to the music of Roy Orbison — is a group of experienced musicians and performers who share a deep love and appreciation for the songs of Orbison.
Fronted by Mike Demers, the Lonely is comprised of Benji on drums, Jackie-boy on keys, Stefan on bass, Chris on guitar, and Mel and Lisa as The Lonettes.
Orbison, also known as The Big O, was unmistakable with his trademark sunglasses, his distinctive, powerful voice, his complex compositions and dark emotional ballads — including Only The Lonely, Crying, and Oh, Pretty Woman.
