Craft fair Coghlan Fundamental Elementary School, 4452 256 St., hosts the third annual fair 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 24.

James Kennedy Market Stop by the school, 9060 212th St., from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 24 for 50 vendors selling local, handmade items. Free admission.

Richard Bulpitt Market From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 24, stop by the school, 20965 77A Ave., to check out more than 50 vendors.

Blacklock Holiday Market Stop by 5100 206th St. from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 24 for the school fundraiser. There鈥檚 homemade crafts, vendors, a concession, a photo booth, a raffle table and more.

Fort 91原创 Tree Lighting An evening of festivities starts at 5 p.m. on Nov. 24 at the Fort 91原创 Community Hall. Santa arrives at Bedford Plaza and everyone can walk with him to the hall. Free. Entertainment and more.

Bloom Market $2 to get into the Fort 91原创 Community Hall beween 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Nov. 24 and 25 to see more than two dozen curated artisans while while supporting 91原创 Gives, a local cause.

Nov. 25

Sensory friendly Santa visits For children with every spectrum of special needs, Willowbrook Shopping Centre hosts special visits with Santa. One complimentary ticket per family. Available on eventbrite.ca (Sensory friendly Santa event). Visits with Santa are free. Photos available for purchase. Sessions: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Nov. 25 and Dec. 2.

Nov. 27

Dec. 1

Breakfast with Santa The Inclusion 91原创 annual breakfast is $8 per person or $30 for a family (up to four people). Dec. 1 at the 91原创 Golf and Banquet Centre. 9 and 11 a.m. seatings sold out. 1 p.m. seating available. Buffet breakfast, Santa and his elf, train rides, and Santa鈥檚 workshop (kids can pick out a gift for members of their family. By donation). Photos with Santa: $15. Holly Luncheon Enjoy a display of nativities, baking, crafts, carollers, books, and more from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Dec. 1 at Sharon United Church, 21562 Old Yale Rd. Luncheon available 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Holiday market Gordon Greenwood Elementary, 9175 206th St., has a market from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 1. Free childcare on site, vendors and a food truck.

Craft fair The Riverside Calvary Chapel, 20178 96th Ave., invites the public to its Christmas fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 1. Lots of vendors as well as a concession, kids crafts, and more. Rentals: riversidecalvary.com.

Magic of Christmas 91原创 City hosts a day of activities Dec. 1. Pancrake breakfast with Santa is 9 to 11 a.m. at the Douglas Recreation Centre. $10 per person ages four and older. Santa Paws Book a time for professional pet photos with Santa between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Dec. 2 at the Patti Dale Animal Shelter, 26220 56th Ave. For a minimum $20 donation to the 91原创 Animal Protection Society. Booking and info: 604-857-5055.

Popera Vivace performs holiday favourites and more on Dec. 2. The concert starts at 2:30 p.m. in the United Church of 91原创, 21562 Old Yale Rd. Dec. 7

Night of Lights The Brookswood Village Merchants Association鈥檚 third annual Night of Lights has Elsa and Anna from Frozen, Santa Paws photos with pets (free), Santa for the kids, the Peace Arch chorus, treats, and a tree lighting at 6:30 p.m. Kids can write letters to Santa. Events start at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 7. 200th Street and 40th Avenue area.

Christmas Carol benefit On Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. in the Sharon United Church, 21562 Old Yale Rd., all ages can enjoy the fifth annual local Dickens show with period costumes, musical selections, and more. Benefits the 91原创 Arts Council children鈥檚 program. Tickets: $10 in advance or $12 at the door. $25 for a family. At Long & McQuade 91原创 or the Aldergrove Kinsmen Community Centre.

Dec. 8

Quirky Quiver Christmas cards All ages can make quirky cards using the library green screen from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 8 at the 91原创 City public library, 20399 Douglas Cres. Free. Info: 604-514-2850.

Dec. 9

Breakfast with Santa Krause Berry Farms is cooking up pancakes for the annual fundraiser in memory of Liz Krause. Breakfast served 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 9 with Santa visiting around 10 a.m. Spiderman and Elsa visit. There鈥檚 also facepainting. First come first serve event at 6179 248th St. Proceeds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
