The Handel Society of Music begins their 51st year of performances with the G. F. Handel鈥檚 Chandos Anthems #9 and #11 and F.J. Hayden鈥檚 Klein Orgelmesse.
There will be two concerts in May. The first, on May 19, will be held at Willoughby Heights Canadian Reformed Church, 7949 202A St. in 91原创.
The second, on May 20, will be at the First United Church, 15385 Semiahmoo Ave. in White Rock.
Both begin at 7:30 p.m.
Featured soloists are Nancy Washeim (soprano), Tamara Croft (alto), Christopher Simmons (tenor), Joel Klein (bass) and Mathew Ma (Organist).
The choir and orchestra will be under the direction of Johan Louwersheimer.
