Two friends. Five months. One car. Ten provinces, three territories and seven islands. Eight ferries. Two flights. One 48-hour train ride. And only one call to CAA. The result: over 100 incredible Canadian recipes from coast to coast and the Great White North put into a book titled Feast: Recipes &Stories from a Canadian Road Trip.

91原创鈥檚 Well Seasoned Gourmet Food Store is hosting the authors Lindsay Anderson and Dana Vanveller into their kitchen to share a glass of wine, break some bread and hear their stories about how this book came to be, first hand.

Join them and sample some of the recipes from this fantastic new book.

Hear what they think of trying whale blubber in Nunavut or spot prawns ceviche, meeting farmers, grandmothers, First Nations elders and acclaimed Canadian chefs.

The evening, which costs $40, includes a copy of their book.

Call ahead to book a seat at 604-530-1518.

Spaces are limited.
