91Ô´´'s Township 7 Winery wasn't kidding when they said the grape stomp competition would proceed, rain or shine on Saturday, Oct. 19.
As it turned out, the competition coincided with the arrival of the first atmospheric river of the season, a heavy downpour that drenched the outdoor event at the winery, located at 21152 16th Ave. It proceeded under a temporary shelter.

Teams of six to eight competed in the winery's grape-stomping competition which raised funds for Pacific Riding for Developing Abilities.
There were prizes for Best Heat, Best Costumes, and Best Team Spirit.
