At least a hundred 91原创ites are expected to join thousands around B.C. on Sunday in a coordinated MS Walk.
The annual walk in 91原创 is being held at Douglas Park, starting with registration at 9 a.m. and the walk at 10:30, said MS Society of Canada鈥檚 Cathy Nidoski.
People come together to demonstrate 鈥渢heir power in helping to change the lives of Canadians living with multiple sclerosis,鈥 she said, noting many MS champions will be there to share their inspiring stories. There is a three- and six-kilometre route starting and finishing at the park.
Funds raised from Scotiabank MS Walk support innovative research into the cause, treatment and cure of MS as well as valuable services, programs and advocacy for Canadians affected by MS.
