A 91原创 townhome is among the grand prizes in the 2024 BC Children鈥檚 Hospital Foundation Choices Lottery fundraiser, held in support of research at the hospital in Vancouver.
Crofton, by Atrium Group in 91原创, is located at #70 - 20763 76 Ave., part of a package worth more than $2.5 million that includes the 2,097 sq. ft, four bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house, $60,000 cash for furniture, a 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ, gas, groceries for a year, and $1 million cash.
It is open for viewing Saturday - Thursday, 12 p.m. 鈥 5 p.m.

Officially launched on Friday, Jan. 19, the lottery prizes also include residences in South Surrey, Vancouver (Queen E Park), Vancouver (Oakridge), Burnaby, Kelowna, Big White, Sookepoint, Crown Isle, as well as $2.3 million in cash.
