The president of the Better Business Bureau will speak on the many scams targetting seniors at a meeting of the Probus Club on Thursday, April 17.
Simone Liz is the guest speaker for the meeting that begins at 10 a.m. and is being held via Zoom.
The Probus Club is for retired or semi-retired people who are 50 and older. It is a volunteer-based, non-political, non-sectarian group to encourage friendship for older people.
"We meet on the third Thursday monthly," explained spokesperson Dick Drew.
