The Dry Grad committee has organized a multi-faceted fundraiser for Saturday, April 12, 2025.

R.E. Mountain Secondary's dry grad committee is saving residents a drive to get their sweets by holding a fundraiser that includes selling Krispy Kreme donuts.

A drive thru event is planned for Saturday, April 12 from 9 to 1 p.m. at the school, 7633 202A St.

That's where people will be able to not only pick up donuts for $2 per item or $15 per box, but also has Super Save Group doing on-site confidential shredding for a suggested donation of $20 per bankers box size.

As well, people can being their cans and bottles, the funds from which will benefit graduating students. It's set up to allow people to drive through and drop off recyclable beverage containers with deposits.

The R.E. Mountain Secondary School 2025 Dry Grad Committee is currently planning the celebration in June for 560 students.

"We are seeking support from the community for draw prizes and monetary donations. Proceeds from donations will go directly to making this year’s Dry Grad a memorable, fun, and safe event for everyone. Without the support and donations from our community, this event would not be possible. No donation is too small – any amount is appreciated," said Kelly Campbell, on behalf of the committee.
