• Winter Market: Richard Bulpitt Elementary event is Nov. 22 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the school, 20965 77A Ave. There will be vendors, including some students, a coffee bar, and prizes. Admission is a non-perishable food donation or cash. All proceeds will go to the school community's sponsored families from the 91Ô­´´ Christmas Bureau. Photos with Santa are by donation between 7:30 and 8:40 p.m.

• Holiday craft fair: More than 40 vendors as well as baked goods, door prizes, a 50/50 draw, and Santa will be at the 91Ô­´´ Senior Resources Society centre, 20605 51B Ave., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23.

• Winter Market: Alex Hope Elementary, 21150 85 Ave., is the site for a market on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with more than 40 vendors. Admission is cash or non-perishable food donation.

• 91Ô­´´ Christmas Arts Festival: Artzy Village event features vendors, free activities (photo booth, nail art, hair braiding, face painting, makeup tutorial, Zumba lesson, dance yoga lesson), and more. Collecting toys for Infinite Expansion Foundation toy drive at the event on Saturday, Nov. 23, in West 91Ô­´´ Hall, 9400 208 St. Free admission. • Thank You for Caring Christmas Tea: From 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, the annual tea features gourmet goodies, live entertainment, and more, at the Coast Hotel and Convention Centre ballroom. • Christmas Wish Breakfast: People invited to stop by Newlands Golf Course, 21025 48 Ave., on Tuesday, Nov. 26, between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m. to enjoy the kickoff to the holiday season at this benefit for the 91Ô­´´ Christmas Bureau. Drop off new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children from birth to 18, and enjoy a complimentary breakfast as well as live entertainment, and visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus. 

• Christmas at the Canadian Museum of Flight: Admission is free on Saturday, Nov. 30. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. People can explore the museum. Santa will be greeting children of all ages and taking photos. Meet Santa’s helpers, kids can check out the craft tables to make an aviation-themed ornament.
