A piece of First Nation art has a new home inside the foyer of Timms Community Centre.
In 2005, a three-dimensional picture-style carving created by Rick Harry was hanging outside the administration office of 91Ô´´ City hall.
This week, however, that piece found a new place to hang.
It was hung above the stairwell of Timms.
The carving was commissioned by the City to reflect 91Ô´´â€™s coat of arms – in First Nations language.
The piece was originally donated by Ray Dhesa and the Dhesa family who opened the Days Inn Suite.
