It鈥檚 a weekend of openings in 91原创, including the re-opening of Toys 鈥楻鈥� Us and Babies 鈥楻鈥� Us.
It鈥檚 still at Willowbrook Shopping Centre, just at the other end of the mall.
The festivities there are being spread over two days, from official ribbon cuttings and speeches on Saturday, July 8, as well as giveaways and family fun through to Sunday.
The weekend kicks off Saturday, July 8 at 8:45 a.m. with the ribbon-cutting ceremony and prize unveiling where three lucky winners will find out if they won a $1,000, $1,500, or $2,000 shopping spree.
Township of 91原创 deputy Mayor Blair Whitmarsh, Toys 鈥楻鈥� Us president Melanie Teed-Murch, and Captain Starlight of Starlight Children鈥檚 Foundation and will be present.
Then, between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., the grand opening celebrations 鈥� including giveaways valued at more than $50 for the first 150 customers, as well as character appearances from LEGO Batman, Shimmer & Shine, and Geoffrey the Giraffe, plus Batman鈥檚 Slingshot Batmobile photo opportunity, facepainting, peel-and-stick tattoo stations, and demo play areas.
The festivities continue all weekend long with appearances by kids鈥� favourite on screen characters, play areas, product demonstrations, and more.
With more than 45,000-square feet filled with toys and everything for baby, the new store includes dedicated play areas including a Nerf target range and interactive stations for kids from Playdoh to LEGO, plus new standout customer service options like mobile pay throughout the store and wi-fi extended to the parking lot for curbside pick-up.
Another grand opening, not too far away
In the meantime, High Road BMW Ducati is also opening up a shop in 91原创 on Saturday, July 8.
Their opening ceremonies include food trucks and a vintage motorcycle show 鈥檔鈥� shine, among other activities.
The new dealership is located at 20576 91原创 Bypass.
