The Surrey garden shop re-imagined as 鈥淲estern Canada鈥檚 largest Christmas store鈥� has opened for the season.

celebrates its 17th year as a 鈥渕erry-making wonderland鈥� boasting 鈥渁 massive selection of festive d茅cor, giftware and specialty items curated from around the world,鈥� at 19158 48 Ave., on the Surrey/91原创 border.

The 28,000-square-foot 鈥減op up鈥� shop this year features the 鈥淭rain Station,鈥� a section devoted to trains 鈥渨ith an unconventional train-around-the-tree display鈥� 鈥� a train that runs around the tree instead of under it.

Also new is MouseTown, an automated village populated and run by tiny mice.

Elsewhere, a 3,000-square-foot Dark Room is illuminated by more than 75 different Christmas-themed canvas paintings and 60-plus Christmas-themed water lanterns.

A whimsical Bee Tree display features an upside-down tree with a giant honeycomb and bee-themed ornaments, and a Candy Land Sweet Tree includes a three-foot scoop of 鈥渋ce cream鈥� at the top, with ornaments in the shape of ice cream cones, doughnuts, cupcakes and more.

Kids who want to remain on Santa鈥檚 鈥渘ice list鈥� can track good deeds using 鈥淪anta鈥檚 Report Card,鈥� available free for the asking.
