Web Poll: Was the City correct to lock an outreach group out of Rotary Centennial Park?

On Wednesday, Sept. 19, the City of 91原创 locked the gate of Centennial Rotary Park to prevent a homeless outreach group from serving food in the park. The group had been told by the City they were in violation of several bylaws by serving the meal in the public park and fined $800. Do you think the City did the right thing?
