A green and white spray bottle pictured in a post on Instagram by 鈥楾he Dad鈥� shows a prescription for 鈥淢onster Spray.鈥� According to the label, the prescription was issued by the Shoppers Drug Mart location in Sooke.

鈥淪pray around bedroom at night before bedtime and repeat if needed,鈥� reads the directions on the bottle.

Parents commenting on the post expressed their delight. One wrote, 鈥淭hat鈥檚 amazing! I took a bottle of Frebreeze and wrote 鈥榤onster spray鈥� on it when my kids were little, but this is next level!鈥�

Others expressed nostalgia for a time when their own children were little.

And one Instagram user asked: 鈥淐an they write me a script that wards off their fear of chores?鈥�
