1. Drive-by shooting in Surrey

Police say there was a drive-by shooting near 75th Avenue and 140th Street around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

2. 8,207 people without power in Lower Mainland

According to Environment Canada, winds reached up to 70 kilometres per hour across the region.
