1. Judge to give decision today in Gabriel Klein 鈥榝itness鈥 hearing
A B.C. Supreme Court judge is expected to give her decision today on whether a man accused of stabbing and killing a 13-year-old girl and injuring another is fit to stand trial.
Klein鈥檚 lawyer Martin Peters is giving his submissions. Says that if Klein is found unfit, the BC Review Board would conduct its own assessment of Klein within 45 days. If they don鈥檛 agree with the ruling, Klein could be sent back to court.
