Three 91原创 teams will be competing at the 2025 BC Masters Combined Championships at the 91原创 and Cloverdale curling clubs that runs from Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 28.
In what is believed to be a first, the three local teams swept the Pacific Coast Masters Curling Association (PCMCA) Zone 2 Playdowns held at the 91原创 curling centre in late February.
Masters 80-plus winners were Wayne Dangerfield, Ray Davis, Ernie Schmidt and Bill Perry, Masters 60-plus winners were Kevin Jeannotte, Dave Conlin, Bill Tallentire and Greg King, and Masters Mixed winners were Craig Lepine, Karen Lepine, Mike Pelech and Terry Parent.
91原创 Curling Centre will host 60-plus men, 60-plus mixed and stick curling (open to men and women), while the Cloverdale Curling Club will host 70-plus men, 60-plus women and 80-plus events.
B.C. Masters Combined Championship is a joint project of the PCMCA and the BC Interior Masters Curling Association (BCIMCA). It was started to foster competitions for curlers aged 60 and above
Annual competitions are held in each association to determine event winners from each zone, who advance to the combined provincial bonspiel now called the BC Masters Combined Championship.
