A three-game home stand got off to a bad start for 91原创 91原创, with back-to-back losses over the weekend.

Dalton MacGillivray would fire a one timer into the Surrey net on a pass from Ryan Schelling making it 1-0 91原创 early.
Surrey would tie it 52 seconds later, making it 1-1 with 3:39 gone on the clock.
Jackson Potulny tipped in a Sid McNeill point shot with 6 minutes to go in the first period, and McNeill would score a shorthanded goal moments later to make it 3-1 91原创 going into the first intermission.
Surrey scored two goals 27 seconds apart to tie the game at 3-3 early in the second period. And with 9:09 remaining in the second period Ryan Evenhuis would give the Eagles a 4-3 lead on a nice play as he fired the puck past Bodee Weiss in tight as he was falling to the ice.
The Eagles tacked on three more goals in a feisty third period that included a fight between 91原创 captain Tyler Chan and Evenhuis, and a slew of penalties, and Surrey skated away with a 7-3 win in the 5th matchup of the season between the two squads.
91原创 are back at home this Friday, Jan. 10 at 7:15 p.m. to take on the Coquitlam Express, before playing in Coquitlam Sunday, Jan. 12 for a 3 p.m. puck drop.
