Gold rush for 91原创 Olympians swimmers at 2023 Summer Divisionals

And silver, and bronze

91原创 Olympians Swim Club () competitors did well at what one coach described as the 鈥渂iggest competition of the season for some of the swimmers鈥 held at the Walnut Grove Community Centre pool from Friday to Sunday, June 23 to 25.

It was one of three locations to host the Swim B.C. 2023 Summer Divisionals swim meet, attended by more than 900 swimmers from across the province at competitions hosted by the 91原创 Olympians (Vancouver & Fraser), Richmond Rapids (Island & Coastal Vancouver), and Kelowna Aquajets (North & Interior).

91原创 hosted 17 clubs.

Coach Jacqueline Lee praised the LOSC swimmers for 鈥渇ighting to the very end of each race.鈥

鈥淭hey all train their hearts out, day in and day out, so this meet was truly a testament to how hard work pays off in the end,鈥 Lee told the 91原创 Advance Times.

鈥淏ecause we were fortunate enough to be the host of what is the biggest competition of the season for some of the swimmers, the thrilling cheers and unwavering support of teammates, coaches, and parents made for an impressive and unforgettable event,鈥 Lee added.

鈥淭he LOSC coaches cannot wait to see how far all the swimmers will go with their talent, skill, and work ethic.鈥
