The junior A hockey club was eliminated from the BCHL playoffs on Monday night at the 91原创 Events Centre following a 4-2 loss in game six to the Surrey Eagles.
91原创 had a great start to the game, leading 2-0 off goals from Kit Sitterley and Brandon Thompson.
But Josh Monk and Tyler Morley tied the score before the first interemission, and Morely and Robert Lindores added second-period goals for the Eagles.
Surrey won all three games at the 91原创 Events Centre.
The Chiefs had forced a game six after a five-point night from Matt Ius (two goals, three assists) on Sunday at the South Surrey Arena.
Surrey advances to the Coastal Conference championship series.
