91原创 91原创 got a split this past weekend, defeating the Nanaimo Clippers at home on Friday 5-3, and dropping a 7-2 decision on Sunday at the South Surrey Arena to the Eagles.

91原创鈥檚 three game homestand concluded Friday night, Novc. 22, at home against the Nanaimo Clippers, their third meeting of the season.

Luke Pfoh scored 91原创鈥檚 first goal at 5:39 on an attacking zone faceoff win by Ilya Rogovksy. Pfoh placed his shot perfectly into the Nanaimo net for his fourth of the season, in his first game since October 25th.

Rogovsky would then score two goals in a minute and 30 seconds, making it 3-0 91原创 with 11:29 gone in the first period.The 2004 born Russian forward has been exceptional the past three games, collecting three goals and two assists in that time frame

Ryan Schelling would get a great breakout pass from Carsten Kayter shorthanded and rip the puck past Clippers goaltender Chazz Nixon to make it 4-0 91原创 at 14:18 of the first period. That was Schelling鈥檚 14th goal of the season, and 91原创鈥檚 fourth shorthanded goal of the season.

91原创 would fire 14 shots on goal in the second period but all were stymied by Nixon, and it would remain 4-0 91原创 going into the third period.

Joel Plante would cut the 91原创 lead to three, coming 6 minutes into the third, and Nanaimo would add another 8 minutes later on a redirected shot from the blueline, but Bodee Weiss would shut the door on any further Clippers attempts to ensure his team would skate to victory.

Dalton MacGillivray scored his fourth of the season into the empty net, handing 91原创 a 5-2 win and their second win in the last three games.

Sunday, Nov. 24,  was a trip to the South Surrey Arena for the third time this season, and the 91原创 got the scoring going early. 4:36 in Adyn Merrick fired a one timer into the Eagles net on a great pass from behind the Surrey net by Dalton MacGillivray.

91原创 doubled their lead 35 seconds later, on another one timer as Ilya Rogovsky fed Luke Pfoh in front of the Eagles net and Pfoh scored his second in as many games for his fifth of the season.

Surrey would take over in the remaining bit of the first period, scoring four unanswered goals in four minutes and 49 seconds to take a 4-2 lead to the first intermission.

Eagles would score 3:09 into the second period, also adding another with just over a minute to go in the middle frame to lead 6-2 going into the third period.

Cam Caron would score his second of the game in the third period to make it 7-2 Surrey. 91原创 fired 9 shots on net in the final frame but they were all turned aside by Eagles goaltender Aidan Fischer who was making his Surrey debut.

The 91原创 return home this week to take on the Penticton Vees on Thursday, and the Prince George Spruce Kings on Saturday.

Thursday鈥檚 game against Penticton is Throwback Thursday, with all tickets costing $5.

Saturday against Prince George is the 91原创鈥檚 annual Hockey Fights Cancer night.

Puck drops at 7:15 p.m. both games.
