Dear Editor,
Canada needs tenants who have affordable rents not the other way around. Where developers determine the rent structure, it becomes unaffordable to too many low-income individuals – Canadians.
There are too many small coffin-sized apartments being built, and they will end up being a destructive force to our society.
Just to let you know the housing survey the government has put out there is intrusive and asks too many personal questions that are not relevant to housing, therefore, you will not get an accurate assessment of the situation or people completing the survey.
