LETTER: Lower roadbed to prevent overpass strikes

Regarding Highway #1 train bridge overpass collisions.

What about lowering the #1 Highway so that oversized vehicles can drive under the only train bridge crossing without crashing? 

Clearing the 13'6" would certainly resolve all those issues (crashes) that are happening.
