I read your article in the paper regarding a cat attack a persons dog. Wednesday, June 19.
My wife and another lady were attacked by a cat when coming out of a fitness center. I phoned animal control, and they knew the cat by name and said there was nothing they could do due to no bylaws for cats. I was told a manager would call me back which never happened. What a joke!
