LETTER: 91原创 lacks used auto oil amenities

Dear Editor,

Why is there no used engine oil recycling in 91原创?

New engine oil can be sold in stores in 91原创, however neither the City of 91原创 nor the Township of 91原创 provide facilities to return used engine oil. I was told by our provincial recycling program, Recycle BC, that the nearest facilities were in South Surrey, or Maple Ridge. 

So 91原创 can sell the oil, but is not responsible to provided a facility to return used oil? Is this even legal? Hopefully it doesn't lead to people finding places to just dump their used oil off because they can't get rid of it. That couldn't be good for the environment.
