It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sylvia Walsh on July 07, 2024, at the 91原创 Memorial Hospital. Sylvia is survived by her loving husband Frank of 56 years, her sister Glenda Berg (Len), nephews Glenn, Jason, Michael and niece Melanie.

Sylvia was born in Chilliwack, B.C. on January 10, 1944, to Glen and Doris Barlow. Sylvia spent her early and teen years in St. Vital, Manitoba, before moving to Montreal

where she met her future husband. After getting married in St. Vital, Sylvia spent a half year in Montreal, eleven years in St. Vital and Forty-five years in the lower mainland. When living in St. Vital, she enjoyed her many trips to the Stodgell farm in Fisher Branch Manitoba. Sylvia liked horseback riding, curling, and slo-pitch, but most of all she loved to travel (32 countries).

A private graveside service was held at the Fort 91原创 Cemetery.
