March 25, 1968 - November 7, 2024

We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Stewart Craig, beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend and all around beautiful human being. Stewart grew up in West Vancouver with his mother, Jennifer Lynn Craig (nee Rice; died 2023), father, Thomas Grant Craig (until their separation), and sister Juliet. Stew's family expanded when his dad married Linda Harrison, and they had two daughters, Sarah and Emily.

Stew attended Pauline Johnson Elementary, FACE school in Montreal, and West Van High. He followed in his dad's footsteps to become a carpenter and Site Foreman, and then took over and grew Craig Construction which he successfully ran for 25 years.

In 1992, Stew married Rebekah Edwards and formed an incredible life partnership. To his last breath, their relationship was a rare example of true soul mates and best friends. They settled in 91原创 and created a beautiful home to raise their children: Samuel, Maxwell, Oliver and Leanne. Stew was a model father and was adored by his kids, and their friends.

Stew lived life to the fullest. He treasured his lifelong friends, music, driving the back country with his Land Rover Club, staying at his farmhouse in the French countryside, travelling, and walking his dogs on local trails. By far his greatest love was spending time in the company of his wife and children.

Stew's humour and good nature touched all who knew him, even during the hardest times of his cancer journey, he remained positive. In his final days, as with his entire life, Stew was showered in love with his family by his side. Remember Stew with love and laughter; he wouldn't want it any other way.
