It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Coles Starr (Bob). Bob taught civil engineering at BCIT for 30 years and loved hockey, sailing and relaxing at Watch Lake.
Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years Beverly Starr (Simpson) and his 4 children Robert Starr, Marilyn Starr (Garcia), Donald Starr and Anne Starr. You will be forever loved and missed.
