Richard Elvin Manning passed away peacefully in his home on August 15, 2018 in his 62nd year. He is survived by his father Victor (Bud), brother Bruce, sisters Laurie and Lee as well as many extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Shirley (June) and his brother David (Bronson) and cousin Steve.

Services will be held on September 15 at Shiloh - 5th Avenue United Church located at 1010-5th Avenue, New Westminster from 1-4pm.
