Born Andijk, Netherlands passed away in Salmon Arm, BC.

Our amazing, kindhearted, generous and compassionate Dad, Opa, Great-Opa, beloved brother, uncle and friend to all, passed away peacefully in his home, to be present with his Lord Jesus.

Dad touched many peoples' lives as an incredibly gifted chiropractor, based in the Lower Mainland for over 40 years. He was blessed with healing hands that helped many who came to see him from far and near.

His love of life shone through him every day as a true gentleman and prince of a man. There was no one who could resist his smile or his magical way with words.

Pieter was blessed to be married to his beloved Del for over 53 years before she passed in 2010. They are now together again. In his final days, he was surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his loving children Shawn, (Celeste), Shelley, Lincoln (Michelle), Shandel (Randy). Grandchildren Lucas, Caleb, Micah, Ashley, Ryan, Emily, Adam, Kayla, Tanner, Dustin, Jaida, Zachary and Jonah. Greatgrandchildren Caleb, Makenna, Jaxon, Ethan, Levi, Layne, Cam, Jayce, Aura, Kaydence, and Harper. He is also survived by his brother Norman, the last of his 12 siblings and by many nieces and nephews.

His dream team of angels at Mount Ida Mews, showed him love and kindness all the way to Heaven's gate.

Celebrate Dad's life with us at 2 pm November 24th,2018 at Bowers Funeral Home Salmon Arm, BC and December 1st,2018 at Henderson Funeral Home 91原创, BC at 1 pm.
