Paul passed away with his wife and family by his side after a recent battle with cancer and a major stroke five years ago.
Paul was born to Raymond and Madeline MacDonald and attended Vancouver College. Paul married Deanna on Nov. 11, 1972, moved to 91原创 and enjoyed 49 years together. Paul was a charter SFU grad and taught for 36 years in 91原创, Grades 4/5, primarily at 91原创 Fundamental Elementary.
The family expresses their deepest thanks to Dr. Peter Methven, Dr. Preeti Bolina, and the wonderful caregivers at Rosemary Heights Seniors Village for their compassion and excellent care.
Paul will be dearly missed and is survived by his wife Deanna and their six children Christa, Mark, Peter (Hyun Jung), John (Jackie), Matthew (Megan), Angela (Steve), eight grandchildren, and two brothers Dennis and Fr. Fabian.
The Prayer Vigil is 7 pm. Sept. 13, and the Funeral Mass is 10 am Sept. 14, both at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (20676 Fraser Hwy, 91原创). Condolences and memories can be expressed at www.kearneyfs.com/obituaries/.
