GERAGHTY - The family of Patrick

Geraghty sadly announce his passing on January 11, 2006 at Crescent Gardens Retirement Community in Surrey, B.C. Patrick was born May 1, 1920 in Co. Mayo, Ireland. He joined the RAF in his teens serving throughout WWII, first in Lancasters, then in air sea rescue and following the war in the Berlin airlift. He was predeceased by his dearly beloved wife of 53 years, Kathleen, also of Co. Mayo, Ireland and his brothers Lawrence and Anthony in the U.K. He will be dearly missed by sons John (Jane) of 91原创, B.C. and Peter (Launie) of Whitby, Ont. Grandchildren Christopher and Michelle of 91原创, B.C. and Matthew and Emily of Whitby, Ont. Brothers John and Michael in Ireland sister Mary Dempsey in Chicago and sister-in-law Anne Geraghty in the U.K. A funeral mass and subsequent burial took place at the Gardens of Gethsemani in Surrey, B.C. on January 13th, 2006. Donations in memory of Patrick may be made to the Alzheimer's Society. Special Thanks to the staff of Crescent Gardens for all the care given to Patrick.
